Pheasant Run Condo Community consists of 10 buildings with 120 units in Norton Shores Michigan.

Association Fees

Association Fees are currently $225 which allows for a maintenance and a carefree lifestyle.

Asociation fees pay for the following:

Trash Removal
Snow Removal
Landscaping/Lawn Maintenance
Water/Sewer
Basic Cable
Pool Maintenance
Cleaning of Common Areas
Reserve Funding

To preserve and enhance the property of our community by maintaining the common ground areas through effective and efficient management of the Association, enforcement of the rules and covenants to preserve property values, and support initiatives and capital improvements that benefit the greater good of the community
